1. Custom-Made & Handcrafted Nature
Every item in our store is 100% Hand-made and Custom-made to order. Our products are not mass-produced; they are the result of meticulous artisanal labor.
 Unique Characteristics: Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in texture, stitching, or finish may occur. These are not defects but hallmarks of an authentic, one-of-a-kind handcrafted product.
 Color Disclaimer: Actual colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and natural material variations.
2. No Return & No Exchange Policy
In accordance with eBay policies for custom and artisanal goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  Final Sale: All sales are final. Since each item is created specifically for you, it cannot be resold or returned to stock.

3. Shipping & International Orders
  Processing Time: As these are custom-made items, please allow the specified time for production before your order is dispatched.
  Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are strictly responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  Delivery: Once the package is handed over to the postal service, we are not liable for transit delays or carrier errors. However, a tracking number will be provided for every shipment.
4. Cancellations & Issues
  Cancellations: Request for cancellation is only possible within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled.
  Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will review each case individually.
